Squirt Hockey Tournaments

Squirt youth hockey becomes the first year for a youth hockey player to be able to play full ice games. The improvement gained from playing cross-ice in their previous hockey experience can be greatly noticed through the ability to play confident head up hockey with great skating ability and puck handling skill. These kids can compete learning new aspects of the game such as the rulings for offside and icing. The emphasis at squirt level hockey still remains on skill development, but with the added enjoyment of the feel for full ice. Cheer on your favorite squirt team by signing them up for one of our many tournaments presented for this division.

You will not be disappointed with the abundant choices we have to offer for the squirt U10 division. The skill levels available are typically B, A, and AA with A2 and AA2 added when necessary. Our Thunderbird event in Detroit is a combination of highly skilled players at the A, AA, and AAA level.

Our squirt hockey tournaments are offered in many venues throughout the season with over 50 tournaments to choose from. The schedule for the squirt division tournaments runs from September to May located in all of our venues.

Be sure to check for any NHL game opportunities while you’re in town. Many times there may also be college and junior teams playing games in the area.
